Shipping

We ship from Ningbo and Shanghai to every major container port in the world. Pick a port and the map shows the sea route and the usual time in transit.

Time in transit —

Port to port, from published carrier schedules for 2026. A direct service and a service with transhipment differ by a week or more, so the figure is a range and not a commitment. Customs clearance and inland delivery come on top of it.

On the Asia–Europe lane carriers work both ways in 2026: some have returned to the Suez Canal, others still go around Africa. The difference is 10 to 14 days, so both figures are shown.

Terms of supply

Full container

One twenty- or forty-foot container. This is the cheapest way to move goods per unit: the freight is divided over the whole load and the container travels from the works to the port of destination without being opened.

A twenty-foot container is usually filled by weight and a forty-foot one by volume, so heavy adapters and light items such as plugs, caps and ferrules are worth planning into the same load.

Groupage, from three pallets

Suitable for a first order and for topping up sizes that sell slowly. The goods are consolidated with other shipments and travel in a shared container.

Allow a few days more than the figures on the map: consolidation before departure and unpacking of the shared container at destination both take time.

Samples

Up to ten samples free of charge. It is worth ordering them before the first batch: a sample shows the quality of the thread, the accuracy of the cone and the thickness of the coating, and it can be screwed together with the mating part already on your machine.

Delivery terms

EXW Zhuji, FOB Ningbo or Yiwu. The term fixes the point at which cost and risk pass to you, so it is agreed in the order before production starts.

Production time

The lead time depends on the composition and the size of the order far more than on the number of line items. A twenty-foot container takes 45 to 60 days on average.

Sizes that are always in production ship sooner; a batch that needs its own forging or a non-standard coating sets the pace for the whole order.

Payment

30% of the order value is paid in advance when the order is confirmed; the balance is paid before shipment, once the goods are ready and inspected. For regular customers the terms are discussed separately.
